Exchanges Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Grip press on nails but if they’re not quite right, exchanging them is simple.

Due to the handmade, custom-sized nature of our press-on nails and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds. We’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the nails are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Just email gripbeauty@gurugroup.org with your order number to get started. We’ll arrange a courier to collect your order for a R99 collection fee, and your new set will be delivered free of charge.

Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be shipped right away, so you can get back to loving your nails, fast. 💅
